FMCG Industry - Profile - Electromechanical Incharge Qualification -Diploma B Tech in Electrical Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering Experience -5-8 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance or supervision preferably in manufacturing utilities or industrial projects Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC Food Location - Merta City Raj Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead a team of electromechanical technicians and maintenance staff Oversee installation operation maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems including motors pumps compressors HVAC control panels and automation systems Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues ensuring quick resolution to avoid production delays Coordinate with project engineers contractors and vendors for new equipment installation or upgrades Ensure compliance with safety standards statutory regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities spare parts inventory and service reports Provide technical training guidance and performance monitoring of maintenance staff Support in energy optimization and cost reduction initiatives Participate in root cause analysis RCA for equipment failures and implement corrective actions Coordinate with - 6377421375 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 500 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
