Experience 5 to 8 YearsLocation Bangalore HyderabadRole Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the region by identifying developing and closing new business opportunities from assigned accounts This role requires a good understanding of the manufacturing industry - OEMs strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in sales Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy Planning Develop and implement a sales strategy to target key OEM accounts focusing on services sales that meet industry-specific needs - Business Development Identify and qualify new business opportunities from assigned accounts Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects opportunities - Client Engagement Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives and other decision-makers - Solution Selling Understand client needs and position our solutions to address those needs Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition - Negotiation Closing Lead the negotiation process with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals with a focus on long-term partnerships - Market Intelligence Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and provide clients with insights that can enhance their operations - Collaboration Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met Provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer input - Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities forecasts and pipeline status Provide regular reports to management on sales performance Open positions 1 for Bangalore 1 for Hyderabad ref updazz com updazz com
