Job Requirements Design configure and deploy SCADA and Telecoms systems for OFW Develop and implement SCADA Telecoms solutions for OFW Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems with other control systems Develop and maintain documentation for SCADA systems including user manuals and technical specifications Participate in the commissioning and testing of SCADA systems Work ExperienceRequired Technical Experience Experience in planning and delivery on SCADA solutions to Energy industry projects Proven skills in engaging and collaborating with multifunctional teams to build cooperation and credibility in planning Experience designing and developing telecommunications systems equipment and networks Analysing projects needs and requirements in terms of telecommunications Preparing and presenting reports and proposals on telecommunication-related problems Deep understanding of telecommunications systems including knowledge of network protocols wireless communication and signal processing Knowledge of communication protocols OPC IEC Modbus etc Required Professional Competencies Proven ability to establish cooperation and credibility in Project Planning within multifunctional project teams Excellent proficiency in English written and verbal Ensuring accuracy focus on simplification and efficiency delivering fit-for-purpose solutions Ability to manage time effectively especially with different time zones Ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision High self-motivation initiative and self-reliance Stakeholder management and collaboration Comfortable reporting up to senior colleagues and management Able to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences such as technical experts managers customers and end-users Be able to write concise and accurate reports proposals manuals and documentation Experience working remotelyRequired Education Certification At least 5 years of experience working with Telecoms and SCADA Proficient in using MS Project Engineering Science degree or equivalent experience
