The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world. Key Responsibilities: - GBS Projects: Lead and oversee the design and setup of Global Business Services. - Target Operating Model Design: Develop and optimize operating models to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Location Strategy & Location Assessment: Identify key locations and strategies to optimize global presence. - Current State Analysis and Maturity Assessment: Conduct current state analysis and maturity assessments for GBS organizations and develop to-be designs. - Process Design & Optimization: Streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Experience and Qualifications: - Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in the areas mentioned above. - Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Education: Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.G., CFA, FRM, CIMA and CMA) is a plus. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
