They have established their presence across APAC, Europe and the UAE and are rapidly growing.Job DescriptionDrive digital transformation initiatives within the finance department to streamline processes.Lead automation projects across R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A.Analyse existing financial workflows and recommend improvements using digital solutions.Ensure scalable architecture supporting global finance operations.Monitor the success of implemented digital strategies and prepare regular reports for management.Design digital roadmaps for finance processes, ERP implementation and business integration/migration.Identify cost-saving opportunities through process automation and digital integration.Prepare KPIs and dashboards to further monitor efficiency of tools and processes.Develop and define SOP and governance frameworks to ensure controls and risk mitigation.The Successful ApplicantA CA/MBA qualification is a must.8-10 years of experience in digital/finance transformation, process automations and finance operations.Proven experience in ERP and financial systems implementation (, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Zoho, Anaplan).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
