DEPARTMENT / FUNCTIONAL AREA OF THE JOB: Sales /Business Development- Inside Sales
SHIFT HOURS: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Assistant Team Leader
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with the team and encourage daily sales.
2. Managing a team of enthusiast sales professionals and ensuring target completion.
3. Promote Online and distance learning programs to the aspirants seeking career growth.
4. Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly reports on sales and review on a timely basis.
5. Work together with colleagues and teams from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
6. Retrain and reskill existing employees on strategies and effective sales processes.
7. Generate action plans to enhance performance and ensure productivity in day-to-day operations.
8. Ensuring on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate suspects and close deals.
9. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to strengthen the internal Team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi
2. Able to motivate yourself and aim to achieve your goals.
3. Passion for sales.
4. Can adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it.
5. Leadership and Team Management
6. Strategic Planning and analytical skills
7. Time Management
8. Knowledge of CRM Systems
