Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM/DGM Industrial Sales professional to lead the Pan-India industrial doors vertical. This is a leadership position overseeing sales, operations, service, project execution, and business development for products like high-speed doors, rolling shutters, dock levellers, and fire-rated solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in industrial sales, strong market acumen, and a proven track record in handling large-scale operations and targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

- Define and execute the division&aposs growth roadmap aligned with company goals
- Identify new markets, verticals, and product innovations to capture business
- Set and achieve sales targets with profitability ownership

Sales & Marketing

- Lead and mentor the national sales team for lead generation and closures
- Build strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships across India
- Create compelling pitch decks, pricing models, and promotional strategies

Operations & Execution

- Oversee project execution from order intake to installation and commissioning
- Optimize service delivery, manage site safety, and ensure quality benchmarks
- Lead maintenance and AMC teams to enhance customer satisfaction

P&L and Financial Control

- Full ownership of the divisions revenue, margins, and budgeting
- Control costs, maximize ROI, and manage financial KPIs effectively

Team Management

- Build and lead a cross-functional team across sales, service, and projects
- Foster performance culture, provide coaching, and develop future leaders

Market & Customer Intelligence

- Maintain strong knowledge of industrial equipment trends and competition
- Leverage client feedback to improve products, delivery, and after-sales

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 1520 years of experience in industrial equipment/door sales
- 57 years in a senior leadership or business head role
- Proven expertise in handling 8090 Cr revenue with P&L accountability
- Must have Pan-India exposure with excellent market insight
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Candidates from Hyderabad or Telangana only
