Facility Soft Services Management Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate soft services including housekeeping janitorial landscaping waste management and pest control Ensure service providers adhere to contractual service level agreements SLAs and quality standards Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and upkeep Manage procurement vendor contracts and budgets for soft services Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Address and resolve complaints or issues related to soft services in a timely manner Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational goals and improve service efficiency Track and monitor KPIs for service delivery and identify areas for improvement Collaborate on sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and recycling programs Provide reports and updates to senior management on service performance budget and improvements Occupancy Planning Space Management Space Utilization Monitor analyze and report on space usage and occupancy data to optimize space allocation and identify areas for improvement Space Planning Develop and implement strategies for workspace allocation that align with business growth operational needs and employee comfort Workplace Design Collaborate with architects designers and project managers to create flexible efficient and innovative office spaces that reflect the company s culture and needs Seating Assignments Coordinate seating allocations moves adds and changes MAC ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders Workplace Standards Ensure compliance with workplace design standards health and safety regulations and accessibility requirements Forecasting Work closely with business units to forecast space needs anticipate changes in headcount and plan for future growth Space Audits Conduct regular audits of the workplace to maintain updated occupancy data and ensure the accuracy of floor plans Qualifications Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Architecture Interior Design Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of experience in occupancy planning space management or facilities services management Knowledge of corporate real estate space planning software and workplace design trends Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation Familiarity with health and safety regulations sustainability practices and industry best practices in facility management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD and other space management tools Key Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Leadership and team management skills Customer-focused mindset Adaptability and willingness to embrace spot you should be quick to figure out the best repairs Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues Sound like you To apply you need to have Core facilities management
