🧩 Your Role As our Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of multiple design and development projects. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and clients to ensure everything moves forward smoothly—on time and on point. ✅ Key Responsibilities - Own project timelines, scopes, and delivery across multiple client accounts - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams - Break down requirements into clear tasks and milestones - Track progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers proactively - Ensure quality control before every client delivery - Run internal standups and client update calls - Maintain documentation, reports, and sprint plans - Keep projects aligned with business goals and client expectations 🛠️ What We’re Looking For - Interest in working as a Project Manager / Account Manager / Delivery Manager in an agency or startup - Strong understanding of web design, UI/UX, Webflow, development workflows, or marketing operations - Excellent communication and client-handling skills - Highly organized with sharp attention to detail - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment ✨ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) - Experience managing SaaS, AI, or Fintech projects - Understanding of funnels, automation, or CRO workflows - Background in design or development 💼 Why Join Envizn Labs? - Work on global, high-impact projects - Collaborate with a fast-moving, creative core team - High ownership and direct client exposure - Remote-first culture with flexible work structure - Real opportunity to grow into a Head of Delivery / Operations role
