The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. - Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues. - Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. - Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT. Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). - 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Google Sheets. - Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
