Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher for Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in recruitment and human resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network with potential candidates.
