General Office Support Perform basic clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier dispatches. Manage stationery and office supplies stock; place orders when required. Keep common areas like the reception, pantry, and meeting rooms clean and organized. 2. Data Entry & Record Keeping Maintain physical and digital records of staff, documents, attendance logs, invoices, or inventory. Update spreadsheets, ledgers, or register books as required by supervisors. Assist with basic data entry work using MS Word, Excel, or in-house software. 3. Customer & Visitor Handling Attend to visitors, clients, or vendors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer phone calls or emails professionally and take down messages. Support the front desk in receiving deliveries, bookings, and appointment scheduling. 4. Admin & Coordination Tasks Assist the HR/Admin/Accounts team in document preparation, filing, and printing. Help coordinate internal communication like notices, meetings, circulars, and memos. Follow up with vendors, service providers, or clients as required. 5. Office Maintenance & Safety Inform the management of any repairs, issues with equipment, or maintenance needs. Help ensure workplace hygiene, adherence to safety protocols, and basic compliance.
