Position Overview The MEP Manager will oversee the design implementation and management of all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems in diverse projects including car parking facilities retail shops hotels and high-rise buildings The role requires extensive expertise in electrical systems HVAC and firefighting ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Design - Develop and review MEP designs for car parking systems retail shops andhotel environments ensuring optimal functionality and sustainability - Collaborate with architects structural engineers and project teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design System Implementation and Coordination - Manage the installation and commissioning of electrical HVAC and firefighting systems across diverse facilities - Oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of MEP services Specialized Focus Areas - Car Parking Systems Implement efficient mechanical and automated parking systems focusing on space optimization and user convenience Retail Shops and Hotels Adapt MEP designs to cater to the unique needs of commercial spaces and hospitality environments including high-performanceHVAC systems and advanced electrical setups - Firefighting Systems Ensure the proper design installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems fire alarms and other safety mechanisms Quality Assurance and Compliance - Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with local codes and international standards - Maintain rigorous documentation of testing and inspection processes Cost and Resource Management - Develop budgets and monitor expenses for MEP activities optimizing resource allocation - Ensure cost-efficient solutions while maintaining high standards of safetyandquality Safety and Risk Mitigation - Identify and address potential risks in MEP installations ensuring the safety of occupants and operational staff - Implement health and safety protocols across all projectsStakeholder Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for MEP-related concerns with clients consultants and regulatory authorities - Present regular progress updates and address any project-related challenges effectivelyIf Interested share your professional details Total Experience Current Company Current Designation Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Current Location Educational Qualification
