Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Operator Location Surajpur Site 4 Near Honda chowk Greater Noida Department Production Fabrication Employment Type Full-time Shift-based Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team The ideal candidate will operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision-cut metal components ensuring quality efficiency and safety throughout the process Key Responsibilities - Set up and operate laser cutting machines e g Trumpf Amada Bystronic for sheet metal processing - Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work orders to determine cutting requirements - Select appropriate cutting programs fixtures and materials for each job - Adjust machine settings including laser beam focal point speed and power for optimal cutting - Perform dimensional inspections using calipers gauges and other measuring tools - Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment - Identify and report defective materials or machine issues to supervisors - Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Skills - Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing setup - Familiarity with sheet metal materials MS SS aluminum and thickness variations - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files - Basic knowledge of machine programming and CNC controls - Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset - Physically fit to handle sheet metal and stand for extended periods - Team player with good communication and time management skills Preferred - Experience with nesting software e g SigmaNEST Lantek - Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S practices - Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Fabrication Tool Die Production Engineering Growth Path This role offers opportunities to grow into Senior Operator Production Supervisor or CNC Programmer roles based on performance and skill development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
