In this role you will be responsible for generating leads engaging with potential clients over the phone and providing sales support to our dynamic sales team Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers interested in solar solutions Follow up on leads generated through various channels including marketing campaigns referrals and inquiries Provide information about our solar products and services answer queries and address customer concerns effectively Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits Assist in preparing sales proposals quotations and contracts as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and sales activities in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives Assist in organizing sales events exhibitions and promotional activities as required Requirements Proven experience as a Tele Caller Customer Service Representative or Sales Support Executive Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a pleasant and professional phone manner Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Comprehensive training and development programs Opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company Positive and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Job Type Full-time Pay 7 000 00 - 13 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Sales 1 year Required Work Location In person
