As an Inside Sales Manager at Pear Technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and fostering strategic partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for business expansion and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a keen ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret market insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving success.
