business growthRole Summary Purpose AVP Analytics Loyalty Strategic initiatives and Reporting Individual Contributor role is a part of India Analytics Hub IAH The role will deliver on business and organizational priorities for Loyalty Center of in solving business problems with solutions that are powered by data and analytics The Role has two key aspects The candidate will Partner with Loyalty CoE and Analytics leaders on Strategy and measure performance provide insights for Synchronys Central Rewards Strategies The candidate will also own the Loyalty Business Intelligence Reporting Suite action on new requests or changes as needed to provide the right KPIs and perspectives that comprehensively showcase the Performance of Loyalty Programs at SynchronyKey Responsibilities Co-Lead the Ideation work hands end to end Provide Insights and better the Synchronys Central Reward StrategiesEnsure accuracy delivery SLA for Centralized and Client Specific Loyalty Reporting Review Reporting Inventory time to time and make improvements as neededLead analytics projects solutions from scoping to delivery and solve business problems through basic to advanced analytics data science streams as applicable thus improving the usage and the Impact of Loyalty programs at SynchronyEstablish a strong partnership with stakeholders through consistent delivery transparency and problem solving mindsetMentor team members on analytical technical and functional subject mattersRequired Skills Knowledge Minimum 4 years of hands on Experience in SQL SAS Open Source Tools with ability to leverage advanced algorithms and be efficient in handling complex large dataMinimum 2 Years of Experience in project management with Ability to independently formulate objectives lay out key milestones deliver with high accuracyAbility to see a business process as a synergy of multiple functions create connect KPIsExcellent oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate articulate and present solutions cutting across functional teams in a simple yet compelling mannerDesired Skills Knowledge Experience in managing People Coordinates work supervises evaluates performance ensures Mathematics Economics Engineering or any other quantitative streams with 4 years of hands-on relevant analytics data science experience Distance learning not valid or in lieu of a degree 6 years of relevant analytics data science experienceWork Timings This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06 00 AM Eastern Time 11 30 AM Eastern Time timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally This window is for meetings with India and US teams The remaining hours will be
