Business Intelligence Analyst - Strategic Initiatives

Job Description

As a key member of the Analytics organization, you will focus on enabling strategies to enhance customer and partner experience by delivering business-critical insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategic initiatives and measure performance
  • Provide actionable insights to inform Synchronys Central Rewards Strategies
  • Own the Loyalty Business Intelligence Reporting Suite and ensure accuracy and delivery of SLA for centralized and client-specific reporting
  • Lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery and solve complex business problems through advanced analytics and data science streams
Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, or Open Source Tools, with ability to leverage advanced algorithms and handle complex large data sets

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with ability to independently formulate objectives, lay out key milestones, and deliver with high accuracy

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate, articulate, and present solutions across functional teams

Eligibility Criteria

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative stream, with 4 years of hands-on relevant analytics and data science experience

Alternatively, 6 years of relevant analytics and data science experience in lieu of a degree
