Job Summary:

The Senior Reporting Analyst leads the development of advanced reporting solutions and data-driven insights, empowering business decision-making across the organization. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform in-depth analysis, and ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement data visualization strategies to inform business decisions and performance tracking, optimizing reporting processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership, ensuring data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.
  • Implement data warehousing and reporting platforms to streamline reporting processes and improve accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and business acumen.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), with expertise in data modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred, with a focus on scalability and integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
