We are looking for an experienced AM – Finance & Accounts (Site) to oversee accurate, timely accounting and MIS reporting at our plant location. This role plays a critical part in supporting financially sound decision-making and ensuring complete compliance with accounting standards including IGAAP and USGAAP. 🔎 Key Responsibilities - Manage plant-level accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. - Conduct CAPEX & OPEX cost analysis, identify variances, and support corrective actions. - Handle credit control to maintain smooth cash flows for site-related receivables and payables. - Support monthly/annual budgeting and forecasting at the plant level. - Review vendor invoices for compliance and process them in Oracle. - Perform monthly accounting activities such as accruals, prepayments, standard journals, and balance sheet reconciliations. - Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements related to Finance & Accounts. - Implement and monitor site-level internal controls as per corporate guidelines. - Oversee periodic and effective inventory audits (full count, cycle count, spot checks). - Ensure adherence to established finance processes, standards, and procedures. 🎓 Qualifications - Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA in Finance. - 10–15 years of experience in a manufacturing or process plant accounting environment, with strong exposure to costing. - Strong understanding of IGAAP, GST laws, commercial legislation, and financial planning tools. - Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
