Lead TPM

The role is responsible for driving the implementation and sustainability of
Total Productive Maintenance initiatives
across the plant. This role ensures equipment reliability, maximizes productivity, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement by engaging all levels of the workforce.
TPM Strategy & Deployment:
Develop, implement, and lead TPM strategies and roadmaps to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
Pillar Leadership:
Lead and coordinate TPM pillars (such as Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Equipment Management, Quality Maintenance, etc.).
Training & Coaching:
Train, mentor, and coach teams at all levels on TPM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and drive improvement projects to reduce downtime, increase OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and optimize maintenance costs.
Data Analysis:
Analyze equipment performance data, identify chronic losses, and implement corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of TPM initiatives.
Audit & Compliance:
Conduct regular TPM audits, track progress, and ensure compliance with TPM standards.
Culture Building:
Foster a proactive, ownership-driven culture focused on equipment care and reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance, with at least 3 years in a TPM leadership role.
Strong knowledge of TPM principles, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
Proven track record of leading TPM implementation and delivering measurable results.
Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Experience in training and developing teams.
