We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to drive project success and contribute to our organization's growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Technical background in software development or IT is preferred.
