Job Description
- JOB Title: Sales for Jockey store
- Implement sales, visual merchandising standards, and attractive store displays.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Encouraging customers to complete the feedback form.
- Making the bills for the customers
- Handled customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Maintain attractive and organized store displays.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product visibility.
- Follow Jockey and policies and procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell Jockey products to maximize revenue.
- Closing the Store at EOD
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attending the Sales Review Meeting with the store manager and department head
- Ensure timely submission of store-related reports to the department head as and when requested.
- Filling the closing store checklist
- Responsible for achieving all sales targets while effectively managing store shrinkage.
- Accountable for active participation in the weekly audit plans organized by the accounting department
- Aligning the pest control agent with the store for post control
- Encouraging customers to complete the feedback form.
- Making the bills for the customers
- Qualifications: Graduation Only
- Professional Qualifications: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: 03 to 05 years
- Specific skills: N/A
- Personal characteristics: Good behaviour and honesty
