We are growing Chicken Processing Industry seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing marketing strategies and driving sales growth across domestic markets You will work closely with production distribution and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strong market positioning Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities B2B B2C Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Negotiate pricing contracts and terms of sale with clients Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics Coordinate with design and production teams for marketing collaterals Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and performance analysis Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery to customers Collaborate with R D and QA teams for product feedback and innovation Maintain CRM systems and customer databases Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Food Technology or related field 2-5 years of experience in sales and or marketing preferably in the food processing FMCG sector Strong understanding of food distribution channels retail wholesale HoReCa etc Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools knowledge of digital marketing is a plus Willingness to travel for client visits trade fairs and business development Kindly Share Your CV Email - hr skyfoodagrofarms com WhatsApp Call - 91 63836 56272 Candidates Preferred Location Kollam Kottayam Pathanamthitta Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 91 6383656272
