ob Description - Marketing Executive Stones Landscaping Projects Position Title Marketing ExecutiveDepartment Marketing SalesReports To Marketing Manager Business Development ManagerJob Purpose The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company s stone products and landscaping solutions generating leads enhancing brand visibility and supporting sales growth The role involves market research client engagement project promotion and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the landscaping and stone industry Key Responsibilities Market Development Lead Generation Identify and target potential customers such as architects builders contractors and homeowners Generate qualified leads through field visits networking and digital platforms Build relationships with real estate developers landscape consultants and interior designers Marketing Promotion Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote stones hardscapes and landscaping services Coordinate trade shows exhibitions and events to showcase products Design and distribute marketing materials brochures catalogs presentations Enhance online presence through social media website updates and digital campaigns Customer Engagement Meet clients to present products landscaping designs and solutions Provide technical product knowledge and assist in selecting suitable stone landscaping options Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-ups for repeat business Sales Support Coordination Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into projects Prepare quotations proposals and presentations for clients Support pricing strategies and promotional offers Market Research Strategy Study competitor activities industry trends and customer preferences Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve visibility and sales Report marketing performance and ROI to management regularly Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Marketing Business or related field 2-4 years of marketing experience preferably in construction stones tiles or landscaping Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Creative and proactive approach to developing campaigns Ability to travel to sites client meetings and exhibitions Key Competencies Result-oriented and target-driven Strong networking and relationship-building ability Good design sense and market awareness Team player with independent working capability High integrity and accountability Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
