We are seeking a motivated IT Recruitment Associate for the US Market to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are looking to kick-start their career in recruitment, particularly within the IT sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for various technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, network engineering, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to keep track of candidate progress and documentation.
