Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source high-quality IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications for IT roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for technical positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment activity using our applicant tracking system.
- Buld and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including software development, network engineering, and cybersecurity.
