Role Overview We're looking for a CRM & Inside Sales Executive who will manage client relationships, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a backend + coordination-heavy roleideal for someone who enjoys structured systems, conversations, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM (TeleCRM / Bigin / Zoho / HubSpot). Handle inbound leads, follow up consistently, and nurture them via WhatsApp/email. Coordinate with sales team and channel partners to ensure seamless handovers. Manage deal documentation, payment trackers, and client dashboards. Prepare and share project decks, payment plans, and unit details with leads. Ensure client profiling, categorization, and reference chain tracking. Coordinate client visits and maintain post-meeting summaries. Create and share follow-up reports and performance metrics. Support in running WhatsApp & email automation for lead nurturing. CRM / Inside Sales Executive 1Ideal Candidate Graduate with 14 years of experience in real estate, inside sales, CRM operations, or financial services. Strong communication and follow-up skills (English & Hindi). Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / TeleCRM preferred). Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email tools. Organized, process-oriented, and reliable with attention to detail. Real estate experience is a plus, not mandatoryattitude & ownership matter more. What You'll Gain Direct exposure to luxury real estate transactions and HNI client management. Learn to operate like a family office backenddata, discretion, and discipline. Deep understanding of NCR's high-value projects, builder ecosystem, and investment logic. Hands-on learning with automation tools, CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards. Work directly with the founding team on process and strategy improvements
