About the company Rio Moving is a leading US-based logistics company specializing in efficient and reliable moving and transportation services We offer customized solutions for residential moves commercial relocations Job Title Customer Service Location Centura Square IT Park Thane West Industry Packers and Movers Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our movers and packers operations team This role requires strong customer service skills excellent organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling dispatching and supporting moving crews while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding scheduling updates and service inquiries Coordinate and dispatch moving crews to ensure the timely execution of moves Monitor daily schedules resolve conflicts and adjust assignments as necessary Provide prompt solutions for escalations and handle customer concerns with professionalism Maintain accurate logs of schedules communications and service records Develop rapport with customers to encourage positive Google and industry reviews Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with movers and customers to promote seamless coordination and execution Conduct initial video presentation to evaluate and pre-screen potential crew members in alignment with company standards and project needs Key Skills Competencies Ability to remain calm confident and solution-oriented under pressure Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on one s feet Effective multitasking and time-management abilities Proactive self-motivated and capable of working independently Skilled in handling escalations and managing difficult customers with professionalism Excellent communication and people management skills Strong discipline punctuality and workplace etiquette Energy enthusiasm and resilience to succeed in a competitive environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in US customer service Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive monthly incentives Career growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Application Question s Are you comfortable working as per the US time zone night shift Do you have prior experience working in night shifts Which US customer service process have you previously worked in This role requires a minimum of 3 years of US customer service experience - do you meet this requirement This position requires you to think on your feet and have problem solving abilities How much would you rate yourself in these skillsets out of 10 This is a full-time office-based night shift position no remote or hybrid Are you okay with this How do you plan to commute to our office at Wagle Industrial Estate Thane Own Vehicle Public Transport None of the above Work Location In person
