What You&aposll Bring to the Table

Education:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master&aposs preferred)

Experience:

- 5+ years in product management roles with proven success in B2B software products
- Background in HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce, or related domains
- Track record of leading products from concept to market adoption
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
- Ability to establish and measure product KPIs and business impact
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and business teams
- Knowledge of enterprise software platforms, APIs, and system performance
- Expertise in user research and customer discovery methodologies
- Proficiency in product analytics tools
- Ability to influence organizational culture toward product-led practices
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research
- Build data-driven roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Establish and report on product success metrics

User Experience & Value Creation

- Lead customer discovery and user journey mapping
- Define user value propositions and adoption metrics
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams for seamless experiences
- Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with engineering for technical feasibility and delivery
- Work with PMO for project coordination and communication
- Translate business needs into product requirements
- Align with customer success and sales for feedback loops

Product Management Excellence

- Implement product discovery and validation frameworks
- Prioritize product backlog effectively
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories
- Execute quality go-to-market strategies for successful launches
