Job Title: Site Coordinator (Civil) High-Rise Buildings Experience: 35 Years Location: Hyderabad, India Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Coordinator with 35 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects. The role involves coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and maintaining quality and timelines throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at site and support the Project Manager in execution. - Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and project timelines. - Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve site-related issues. - Monitor work progress and prepare regular site progress and material consumption reports. - Maintain coordination between civil, structural, finishing, and MEP teams for seamless workflow. - Ensure quality checks, site safety compliance, and adherence to company procedures. - Support documentation, billing verification, and record maintenance related to site activities. Requirements: - B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - 35 years of experience in high-rise building projects within the real estate or construction industry. - Strong understanding of civil and finishing works, project coordination, and site management. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. - Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
