Job Description Role Overview: Transmission Line Project Site Coordinator The Transmission Line Project Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution, monitoring, and coordination of all field activities along the transmission line corridor, including tower foundations, tower erection, conductor stringing, and substation interface works. The role serves as a critical link between the project management team, engineering departments, subcontractors, and field personnel, ensuring that work is executed according to project schedules, technical specifications, and organizational standards. The Site Coordinator monitors daily progress of on-site activities, identifies bottlenecks, coordinates logistics and manpower deployment, and facilitates timely resolution of technical or administrative issues. By maintaining effective communication, resolving site challenges proactively, and ensuring adherence to project plans, the Transmission Line Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in achieving timely, safe, and quality-driven completion of the transmission line project while optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency.
