Job Title Accounting Supervisor About The Role As CBRE Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing oversight of a team that maintains a client's financial statements. This job is part of the General Accounting job function. They are responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of accounting processes and procedures. What You'll Do - Leading a team of RTR Accountants, - Staff motivation, appraisals, development and training; - Monitoring and supervising all day-to-day accounting tasks, making sure that Month-end activities are performed in line with agreed SLAs, - Ensuring timely and high-quality preparation of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations and sub-ledgers to GL reconciliations; - Securing robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes; - Optimizing processes within the department, supporting ERP and tools enhancement; - Maintain client relationship with high integrity and appropriate communication manner; - Close cooperation with other accounting teams, support no silos environment; - Timely and quality delivery of ad hoc tasks assigned by RTR Manager. What You'll Need - Master degree in Finance & Accounting; - At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate general ledger accounting within BSO/SSC, controlling or audit background Big4 experience would be an asset; - At least 1 year experience in a management position; - Fluency in English in speaking and writing; - Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task, excellent problem-solving skills; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various Stakeholders - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases - ERP PeopleSoft - experience preferred.
