Position Indian Chef Location Sheikhpura Nawada Bihar Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 3-7 years Indian cuisine specialization About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our multi-cuisine restaurant team The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in traditional and modern Indian dishes excellent kitchen management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced diverse culinary environment Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes including North Indian South Indian Mughlai and regional specialties Develop and innovate new recipes while maintaining the restaurant s quality and taste standards Ensure proper portioning plating and presentation of dishes Manage mise-en-place daily prep and stock levels for Indian cuisine Monitor food freshness and uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards FSSAI compliance Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth service operations Train and guide junior cooks commis and kitchen helpers Manage inventory minimize waste and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations Maintain consistency in taste texture and presentation across all menu items Collaborate on menu engineering food costing and seasonal specials Skills Qualifications Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Demi Chef in a reputed restaurant hotel Expertise in Indian spices herbs cooking techniques and regional preparations Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and curry preparations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen Good communication leadership and teamwork skills Basic understanding of food costing kitchen safety and hygiene practices Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Meals provided during shifts Staff accommodation if applicable Opportunities for career growth and professional training Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
