Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing SAP PM/EAM solutions to enhance maintenance processes and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Analyze and optimize maintenance processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to maintenance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SAP PM/EAM.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-11 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM modules and related business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of maintenance strategies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications in SAP PM/EAM will be an advantage.
