PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within SAP Solution Delivery Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Associate Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management & Intelligent Asset Management.

What you"ll do:

As a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management. Basic knowledge on the Mobile Asset Management is desirable; Experience in any of LAM, MRS, GEF solution areas would be a plus Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients. Help customers to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc., Work on customer proposals with Bid Management Team, Sales and Delivery Teams, create the necessary value-proposition and package the service offerings that makes it a winning deal We would like to provide an equal opportunity to all the candidates who come from Development, Consulting, Industry, Domain, End- User community, experience in other related products and other technology areas who have an aspiration to make a mark in SAP transformational story driven by our S/4HANA as the Digital Core (Digital Industry, Digital LOB, S/4 Industry Cloud, Business Process Intelligence and Modelling, Public Cloud Solution).We are looking to hire candidates with right attitude who have a passion to excel

What you"ll bring:

Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering Asset Management/ Plant Maintenance business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules. Experience in configurations/implementation of WCM or LAM/MRS is a must Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and solution manager SAP Certified in Plant Maintenance

WORK EXPERIENCE

Overall, of 3 to 10 years of SAP relevant experience S/4 Hana Implementation experience, at least 4 end to end implementation and S/4 Conversion experience is good to have Minimum 2 to 4 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role. Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc., Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
