The SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the SAP PM module, ensuring optimal functionality to support plant operations. This role includes working closely with technical teams, providing user support, and implementing solutions to streamline maintenance processes.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize the SAP PM module to meet business requirementsCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to ensure seamless integrationProvide user training and support for SAP PM functionalitiesMonitor and troubleshoot SAP PM system issues, ensuring timely resolutionAnalyze maintenance processes to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processesParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience with SAP Plant MaintenanceStrong understanding of plant maintenance processes and SAP PM moduleExperience in SAP configuration and customizationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and training skillsSkillsSAP PM module configurationBusiness process analysisSystem troubleshootingUser training and supportDocumentationProject managementCollaborationAnalytical skills
