Job Description
Were looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and well-spoken Territory Manager to actively seek out and engage with our customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Burlington English blended solutions to schools, engaging key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a database of schools and learners
- Develop and nurture customer relationships
- Ensure high sales performance and quality service delivery
- Support sales and marketing initiatives as required
- Conduct school outreach through visits, networking, and calls
- Gain expertise in school onboarding and training
- Manage school onboarding operations
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction
- Meet sales targets within set timeframes
- Collaborate with team members and departments
- Analyse market potential and track sales performance
- Provide management with customer insights and market trends
- Stay updated on best industry practices
- Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree (Sales/Marketing/Operations / MBA preferred)
- 2-5yearsof experience inB2B marketinginEdTech industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity withBRM and CRM practices
