Voice Core Lab Integration Engineer

Join us in helping leading telecom organizations unlock the value of next-generation voice technologies and drive scalable, sustainable innovation. ---------------------------------------- Your Role As a Voice Core Lab Integration Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and integrating Voice Core nodes to support testing environments. You’ll work closely with testing teams, technical leaders, and cross-domain stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and proactive issue resolution. ---------------------------------------- In this role, you will: - Configure and integrate Voice Core nodes (CS and IMS) including MSS, TRS, TAS, CSDB, HLR, HSS (Nokia), SBC, CSCF, DNS (Huawei and Nokia), Signaling Gateway, and DRA. - Prepare and maintain lab environments for testing activities as requested by testing teams. - Troubleshoot incidents related to routing, roaming, provisioning, and implementation across network elements. - Independently manage assigned activities under the guidance of the Voice Core Technical Leader. - Ensure SLA compliance for all assigned tickets and activities. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders including testers, support teams, vendors, and colleagues from Data Core, RAN, and IP Core domains. - Monitor the health of Voice Core nodes through scheduled preventive maintenance. - Support special project activities during weekends (on-call one Saturday per month). ---------------------------------------- Your Profile - 8–15 years of experience in telecom Voice Core environments. - Advanced hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of CS and IMS nodes. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in end-to-end flow tracing using tools like Wireshark. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field. - Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Love About Working Here - Exposure to cutting-edge telecom technologies and lab environments. - Collaborative culture with opportunities to work across domains. - Flexible work arrangements and support for continuous learning. - Opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and innovation in voice services. ---------------------------------------- About Us At Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
