Role Head of School Administration Manager Operation Kolkata Experience 8-10 years Salary Up to 10-15 LPA About the role The Head of School Administration is responsible for the overall operations administration and compliance of the Adhigam Bhoomi project and the Rural School at Mallickpur This role ensures smooth functioning strict regulatory adherence child safety and effective delivery of educational services Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Administration Manage infrastructure facilities vendors safety and hygiene Oversee admissions processes and the event calendar Head the ERP MIS systems ensuring integration accuracy reporting and continuous improvement for institutional efficiency Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and implementation checks 2 Compliance Risk Management Ensure full statutory compliance including licenses audits RTE POCSO and the JJ Act Maintain accurate documentation and oversee overall risk management Implement child protection policies conduct staff training and lead emergency preparedness 3 Staff HR and Academic Support Oversee discipline grooming punctuality and training of staff Support the HR team in recruitment and talent management Monitor student attendance and discipline Identify and mentor high-potential students 4 Finance Stakeholder Engagement Track expenses and optimize costs Maintain donor records and support fundraising activities Liaise and engage with diverse stakeholders including parents government officials NGOs the community and volunteers Qualifications and Attributes Experience 8-10 years in Operations Administration or Compliance in the Education or NGO sector Education Graduate degree Knowledge Strong legal and regulatory knowledge related to education and child welfare Skills Excellent communication fluent in Bengali and English preferred and interpersonal skills Leadership Ethical resilient and values-driven leadership Passion Must be passionate about empowering underprivileged girls through education and skill development Mindset Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is first posted on Oct 24 2025 on For any questions or status update ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91-8058331557
