About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated E-commerce Content Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our product listings/catalog across platforms like Amazon, Noon, Namshi and other leading marketplaces. Youll play a key role in ensuring all listings are SEO-rich, high-performing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for SEO using tools like Helium 10.
- Utilize AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to draft optimized copy in line with platform policies and brand tone.
- Perform bulk uploads using Excel flat files and templates.
- Troubleshoot backend errors and update content accordingly.
- Develop A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and manage Amazon Storefronts.
- Work cross-functionally with brand, design, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely product go-lives.
- Monitor listing performance and suggest content improvements for better CTR and conversions.
- Manage catalog accuracy, hygiene, and listing compliance in a multi-brand environment.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 2-4 years of marketplace cataloging experience (especially Amazon & Noon).
- Strong command of SEO principles and keyword tools like Helium 10.
- Working knowledge of AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
- Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, data validation, filters, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with bulk uploads and error troubleshooting.
- Strong time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Self-starter attitude with accountability and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Amazon Flat File Troubleshooting (parent-child relationships, stranded listings, variation issues)
- Ability to generate monthly content performance reports using Helium 10 or similar tools
- Understanding of keyword research strategy and indexing on Amazon
- Experience with inventory-aware cataloging (e.g., suppressing OOS SKUs smartly)
