Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead and oversee our dynamic marketing department This individual will manage cross-functional teams including Graphic Design Digital Marketing SEO SEM PPC Email Content Writing and Shopify Development teams The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing expert with exceptional leadership and communication skills possessing a minimum of 10 years in marketing including 6 years specifically in the ecommerce sector Required Qualifications - 10 years of experience in Marketing with at least 6 years in Ecommerce Marketing - Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams - Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM PPC and Email Marketing - Strong familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce operations - Excellent communication leadership and project management skills - Highly organized data-driven and detail-oriented - Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Klaviyo SEMrush Shopify apps and marketing automation platforms - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field MBA or equivalent is a plus Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Management Lead mentor and manage marketing teams including graphic designers digital marketers content writers and Shopify developers - Foster a collaborative high-performing and innovative team culture - Manage workload distribution ensure deadlines are met and team goals are aligned with company objectives Strategic Planning Execution - Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to support ecommerce growth and customer acquisition retention - Define and track KPIs across all marketing channels and ensure continuous optimization - Manage budgets timelines and resource allocation for marketing campaigns and initiatives Digital Marketing Oversight - Oversee SEO SEM PPC Email marketing and conversion rate optimization efforts- Monitor analytics and campaign performance using data to drive continuous improvements - Stay ahead of digital trends platform updates and emerging tools Brand Content Management - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels - Collaborate with content writers and designers to deliver high-quality engaging and compliant content Platform Technology Management - Collaborate with the Shopify development team to optimize the website for performance user experience and sales conversion - Utilize marketing tools and automation platforms to streamline campaigns and reporting Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product Sales and Customer Experience teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives - Serve as the communication bridge between departments for marketing-related initiatives ref updazz com
