Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to manage a team driving sell-in, sell-out and off-take in a defined geography to execute defined GTM models, channel strategy and defined off-take programmes to deliver planned profitable growth through volume, revenue and mix while ensuring productivity of assets deployed in the market - POST/Eeden etc.

Key Accountabilities

- Monitor distribution growth, product mix, invoicing, and credit parameters.

- Identify gaps in operations and support action plan implementation.

- Assess distributor infrastructure and team capability (proprietor, manager, TO, DSR).

- Track territory-level activities: beat adherence, SLAs, discount & promotion compliance.

- Support capability building via training on product, sales processes, and complaint management.

- Ensure retailer profitability through effective discount/rebate deployment and loyalty initiatives.

- Drive adherence to SOPs and mandated tools (CRM, DERP, etc.).

- Use MIS reports for performance tracking and corrective actions.

- Monitor asset productivity related to sales support tools and in-store equipment.
