Company Description It all started in sunny San Diego California in 2004 when a visionary engineer Fred Luddy saw the potential to transform how we work Fast forward to today ServiceNow stands as a global market leader bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8 100 customers including 85 of the Fortune 500 Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people systems and processes to empower organizations to find smarter faster and better ways to work But this is just the beginning of our journey Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consulting Director to build a high-performing team of pre-sales Solution Consultants and Architects in our IT workflow specialist team which covers Strategic Portfolio Management IT Asset Management Security Operations and Governance Risk Compliance portfolio of products This is your chance to develop your team in a fast-paced environment The Solution Consulting Director is responsible for individual Solution Consulting career planning and development team development and hiring and other administrative duties related to team management all in accordance with the dynamic needs of the sales organisation Role The Solution Consulting Director is expected to maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Sales Services Support Marketing and other organisations to ensure alignment of organisational activities and directions These responsibilities directly support the Solution Consulting Director s primary goal developing and maintaining a team that consistently secures the technical win in every deal they support for the sales teams The role will report to the Senior Director of APAC Technology Workflows Solution Consulting What you get to do in this role Understand the needs of the India sales organisation and develop plans to ensure outstanding support Focus on strategic sales opportunities Represent the Technology Workflows business at company and industry events via collaboration with our marketing and communication functions Create solutions that show the broader value of IT Workflows especially in conjunction with strategic partners Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential Solution Consulting candidates to meet future business demands Work with our sales directors to prioritise regional Solution Consulting efforts Assign resources to sales opportunities and consistently evaluate progress against goals Assign resources as required to marketing and other efforts to support demand generation Develop and deploy team training curricula to meet the changing demands of the sales organisation Evaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation peer feedback and sales feedback Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilisation of skill sets within the assigned region Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts expense review and approval activity reporting etc Qualifications To be successful in this role you have Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry 12 years of total exposure with 4 - 5 years of team leadership and management of a pre-sale organization experience is a must C-level presence Ability to deliver business value messages in front of executives on the value proposition of ServiceNow Platform Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion Ability to execute business initiatives aligned to the global Technology Workflows business Pre-sales experience create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on general IT Management activities Experience working in one of the following domains -
