Company Description It all started in sunny San Diego California in 2004 when a visionary engineer Fred Luddy saw the potential to transform how we work Fast forward to today ServiceNow stands as a global market leader bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8 100 customers including 85 of the Fortune 500 Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people systems and processes to empower organizations to find smarter faster and better ways to work But this is just the beginning of our journey Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Integrated Risk Management IRM Solution Consultant The IRM Solution consultant will provide solution leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement for our governance risk and compliance solution The IRM Solution Consultant will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by leveraging the Governance Risk and Compliance solution Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk Management Operational Risk Management Business Continuity Management and the rest of the ServiceNow portfolio This is a hands-on IRM Solution Consultant who can provide in-depth expertise in solution development and positioning The role will report to the Director of India IT Workflows Solution Consulting What you get to do in this role Responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform and Governance Risk and Compliance solution Respond to customer questions relating to ServiceNow IRM This role is pivotal in providing our growing customer base with lessons learned strategies and advice to enhance real-world IRM operations Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Risk Contribute and maintain a showcase of IRM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform Help develop solutions and capabilities that enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of IRM on the ServiceNow platform Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs Ability to work in a global team and share best practices and known solutions with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of other team members Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors Supporting Marketing events -
