Role Description We are seeking two experienced Sr. Epicor CMS Developers with strong technical backgrounds in Epicor CMS 6.1 and IBM i development. The consultants will design, develop, test, and support solutions related to a major migration project from SAP to Epicor. This role focuses on integrations, EDI workflows, labeling/serialization, and scanner-based solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and test Epicor CMS 6.1 customizations, enhancements, and integrations. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Develop and maintain EDI/Trusted Link integrations, labeling, serialization, and barcode/scanner workflows. - Build and support production reporting, inventory, and shipping/logistics solutions on IBM i. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, CRP, UAT support, and issue resolution. - Execute data migration activities with accurate mapping and validation. - Create technical documentation, functional documentation, and provide end-user training. - Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, build, test, cutover, and hyper-care support. - Work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Required Skills - 8+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of SDLC processes. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Epicor CMS development. - Strong technical expertise in Epicor CMS 6.1, IBM i (ILE RPG, CL, SQL/DB2). - Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (O2C, P2P, inventory management). - Experience with EDI/Trusted Link, labeling, serialization, and scanner workflows. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
