Job Description Minimum Qualifications: - Educational background in BE, Btech, MCA, MSc, or MBA. - 3-5 years of experience in Optimizely CMS development. - Proficient in EPI Server with a solid understanding of CMS principles. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in integrating CMS solutions with third-party applications. - Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks related to CMS development. - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consultancy environment. Good to have skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile methodologies, SEO best practices Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain Optimizely CMS solutions, ensuring high performance and user-centric designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement and manage EPI Server functionalities, optimizing for scalability and efficiency. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
