Position: Director Sales
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR / Noida/ Bangalore
Note: The Person should be local to Delhi NCR or Bangalore
Job Description:
Strong track record in IT solution sales .
Proven ability to generate $1–2Mn annual revenue exclusively through staffing.
Extensive market knowledge and ability to leverage personal/professional networks for business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively across North and South India.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives .
Direct sales experience with service and captive business ; individual contributor role with yearly revenue ownership .
Strong experience in acquiring new clients, creating new business opportunities, and managing large captive accounts.
Good understanding of the Captives industry , with added exposure to Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure markets .
Ability to lead customer-facing presentations, discussions, and price/contract negotiations .
A go-getter who can drive internal teams towards achieving defined goals.
