Job Description Description We are seeking an enthusiastic HR/Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Responsibilities - Source and recruit candidates using various platforms and tools. - Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings. - Support HR initiatives and projects as required. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws. - Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
