Job Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY Performs various activities related to supporting the Quality Systems and Analytics team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs daily activities related to the maintenance and end-user support of TrackWise - Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of other Corporate Quality-related systems (e.g. SyncUp, SharePoint) as assigned - Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of Corporate Quality related processes (e.g. CAPA management) and activities, as assigned - Performs ad hoc Corporate Quality related administrative activities, as assigned - Provides support for Corporate Quality management activities as assigned - Participates in Corporate Quality-related process and system development activities, as assigned - May lead Corporate Quality-related initiatives/activities, as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if preferred) High school education and plus some experience in a GXP or pharmaceutical industry role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail. Above average attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills. Ability to act independently and pro-actively. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
